For thousands of years, kayaks have been used by aboriginal people to navigate and explore British Columbia's waterways and at North Shore Kayaks, we maintain that kayaking remains to be the best way to explore B.C. Our light-weight, easily maneuvered Nimbus boats allow for in-depth explorations of narrow inlets and sheltered coves while the quiet nature of our vessels allow us to get in close proximity to the magnificent marine mammals that swim our coastline.

North Shore Kayaks offers day and multi-day kayaking adventures for those interested in absorbing the raw, rugged beauty of British Columbia. Included in the cost of your day or overnight kayak trip is the presence of a licensed kayak guide, all required safety and kayak equipment and any instruction required or desired. Paddlers of all ability levels are welcome and accommodated on our trips.

North Shore Kayaks offers custom day trips for groups of all sizes and ability levels year round. Our day trips explore waterways adjacent to British Columbia's Lower Mainland and the Sunshine Coast such as Deep Cove, Indian Arm, Horseshoe Bay, Howe Sound and the English Bay.
