Now you can rent Paddle Boards in and around the North Shore of Vancouver. This is the latest twist in surfing that lets you take a scenic trip around the bay looking into the marine life below, or can be a great mix up when you get tired of the sitting position while Kayaking.
For those that are not familiar with the sport, stand-up paddling uses a longboard and propelling yourself with an extra long canoe paddle. Stand-up-paddling is a great way to improve your core strength and balance, making it an ideal cross-training activity for martial arts, hockey players, track and field athletes, or anyone that wants to build arm and mid section muscles! From a stand-up position the surfer benefits from an elevated stance, as when standing on a pier, you can see deeper into the water. Try it today![spacer size="20"]

|Go with the Flow Kayak Tour||We paddle with the tide. If it is an ebb, we paddle out from Ambelside to Horeshoe Bay and if it’s a flow, we travel out to Horseshoe Bay and get picked up at Ambelside. It sounds like fun because it is fun.|
